ABOUT US

Founder: Bill McGregor (Property Acquisition, Design, Company Management)

Bill has 20+ years of experience in representing independent builders and developers throughout the US, and Public Company developers including Marriott, Hilton and Hyatt. Through his previously owned organization, The Criterion Group Inc (TCG), the company’s marketing efforts resulted in billions of dollars in sales for its clients. In that capacity, Bill also worked closely in identifying site locations with anticipated increased demand; counseling in design and amenities; and projected market absorption. TCG was purchased by Bates WW, a public company on the London and New York Stock Exchanges. In addition, Bill has supervised or acted as GC on a number of new home builds and remodels and the remodeling of a commercial office building housing his company. He holds an inactive Colorado Broker and Employing Broker Real Estate License (#100028354). Bill resided in Hilltop for 10-years and currently lives in Lowry, a community adjacent to Crestmoor.

Founder: Tom Feldhaus (General Contractor)

A graduate of Regis University, Tom has been a licensed building tradesman for 33 years and a Colorado General Contractor (GC) since 1987. He has built, acted as GC, or been involved as a principle participant in over 250 residential and commercial projects. Tom has established relationships with every trade required to build in the Denver area. Tom has dealt with Denver city and county inspectors for over 30 years and is recognized for his long-standing reputation throughout the industry and community. As HillCrest Developers GC, Tom would be responsible for evaluating prospective purchases, working with the architect, constructing the project budgets, hiring and managing the subs, and participating in the coordination of the city and county inspectors.

Founder: Cheryl McGregor (Interior Space Strategy)

Cheryl has collaborated on residential new builds and remodels ranging from 3,000sq’ to 8,500sq’, specializing in the application of custom architectural appointments, identification and inclusion of professional home brands, and optimization of space flow. In addition, she has a myriad of commercial office interior design experience. Cheryl would be responsible to work with the architect in blueprint construct and textural design and consult with the partners through build to finish product.

Administration: Meagan Feldhaus

Meagan is a marketing and administrative professional with 5 years of experience. As the Administrative Assistant for HillCrest Developers, she serves as the first point of contact for matters related to the operation, including assistance in managing incoming inquiries, invoicing, planning, scheduling meetings and completing the documentation process in order to ensure effective and efficient operations.
